Orders are packaged and dropped off at the post office within 1-3 business days. All orders are mailed via USPS Ground Advantage and can take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

** Please note, that occasionally tracking can be marked as delivered, but the package may not have arrived to the address. In these instances, the packages have been delivered within 24-48 hours. If your order has been marked as delivered and has not shown up after 48 hours, please contact us via the website contact form.

If you live in the local McCook area, we offer free porch drop-off within 48 hours.
